Lot & Land Analysis

$1,500 (per lot)​

  • Ordinance, zoning, and CC&R review

  • Risk identification and cost impact overview

Design & Pre-Construction Advisory

$3,500 – $7,000 (project based)

  • Construction schedule build-out

  • Pre-construction checklist

  • Trade partner bidding & vetting support

  • Permit & inspection process guidance

  • Construction draw management

Construction Management

$6,000 (per month)

For clients who want ongoing support, advocacy, and expert oversight during construction.

Includes:

  • Site visits and progress reviews

  • Schedule oversight

  • Quality control guidance

  • Trade partner coordination

  • Issue resolution and decision support

Build Process Support

$1,250 – $2,500 (per month)

*Up to 4000 SQFT Finished

Includes:​

  • Phone, email, or video support

  • Priority response during business hours

As an alternative to Construction Management, this service is designed for homeowners who plan to manage their own construction but want access to professional insight throughout the build. This service provides you a trusted advisor in your corner to help navigate decisions, solve issues, and move through inspections with confidence, without the cost of full construction management.

Includes:

  • On-demand consulting during construction

  • Issue resolution and decision support

  • Guidance through inspections and approvals

  • Budget and scope clarification as needed

  • Schedule and sequencing insight

  • Contract and change-order review support

  • Problem-solving when unexpected challenges arise

Post Construction Support

$500 - $1000 (flat fee)

*Up to 4000 SQFT Finished

This service protects the investment you just worked so hard to complete. With the right support, you move into your home with confidence, knowing issues are addressed, responsibilities are clear, and your home is set up for long-term care and value.

Includes: 

  • One punch-list walkthrough (virtual or on-site)

  • Issue identification and documentation

  • Guidance on addressing items with builders or trades

  • Warranty review and documentation guidance

  • Customized home maintenance plan

Hourly Consulting (limited use)

$300 per hour

Hourly services are available for one-off consultations, second opinions, or specialized reviews.
